Implementation Considerations:
"Been using Adlumin for two years now. Great product but not only caution is make sure that if you are working with a MSP as a reseller they are actually understand adlumin beyond spinning up the OVA and walking away from it. In my case my MSP has the keys to my Adlumin tenant and my onboarding was slow and frustrating and I was very thankful to learn within my first year that Adlumin has good documentation and training built-in to the platform. I have given up on riding the @** of my MSP to make basic changes like add integrations or set up custom alerts or reports. So I just go around them and work directly with Adlumin support and engineering teams and they are fantastic."
