Fit. Bitdefender and ESET are both European-origin platform vendors offering MDR on top of their own endpoint ecosystems. Neither is the right answer if you want bring-your-own-EDR. The decision is whether GravityZone or ESET PROTECT is the better foundation for your environment.
Response. Bitdefender has the stronger independent managed-services validation. Its MITRE result showed 24-minute MTTD with very low alert noise, and the service publishes a 30-minute notification SLA. ESET publishes fast detection and response numbers, but those are vendor metrics rather than independently validated managed-services results.
